The actual move is only a small part of the whole operation. Well in advance of
your moving date our move management team will sit down with key members of your
staff to go over every aspect of the relocation. No detail is overlooked. From access
route and room layouts, to colour coded packing labels. Everything is thought through.
We’ll make sure everybody involved – on your side and ours – knows exactly what
will happen and what is expected of them.
When the big day arrives, an experienced Whittle’s move supervisor will be on hand
to oversee the entire operation. Normally, only two of your staff will be needed
– one at your present building and one at your new – along with communication at
each location. We can make sure it’s business as usual for everyone else. When you

everything.

TRANSITION MANAGMENT

The strategic planning prior to the move and overseeing of the relocation. We manage
logistical and physical aspects as well as liaising with clients to ensure expectations
are met.

Evaluation and planning of available space at the early stages helps get the maximum
use of your new environment.

FILE AUDIT
|
Our storage facilities are there for you to use as a file managment system or to
archive documents. We can also store excess furniture and equipment.
