growth. Protection of the environment in which we live and operate is part of our
core values, as well as being sound business practice.

Our Environmental Policy
In this policy statement we are committing the company to:

Ensuring that all activities are safe for our employees and associates, delegates
and others who come into contact with our work.

Complying with all relevant environmental legislation and regulations.

Protecting the environment by striving to prevent and minimise our contribution
to pollution of land, air, and water.

Accepting reasonable responsibility for any harm to the environment caused by our
activities and taking reasonable steps to remedy any damage.

Monitoring purchasing practices and internal operations including energy and transport
to ensure best use of natural resources and minimum environmental impact.

Identifying any potential environmental nuisance problems, like smoke, dust and
vibration, in our moves and taking steps to reduce them.

Seeking to minimise the creation of waste and maximise the efficient use of materials
and resources through recycling working with our suppliers and other third parties
associated with our business.

ensuring associates understand and are accountable to these policy goals through
communication and training.

Encouraging our clients to take part in appropriate recycling schemes such as Green
Works, Computer Aid International and Education for All.

Communicating the policy as appropriate to our employees, customers and suppliers.
Providing training for our staff so that we all work in line with this policy and
within an environmentally aware culture.

Managing and disposing of all waste through safe and responsible methods.

Investing in improved energy efficiency and conservation in our operations.

Developing our management processes to ensure that environmental factors are considered
during planning and implementation.
This policy statement will be regularly reviewed and updated as necessary.
The management team endorses the policy statement and is fully committed to its
implementation.
